Since the beginning of 2025, our new company site has been taking shape in the “Im Schaffeld” industrial estate in Rickenbach – a milestone in the history of the long-established Manz-Döbele company. This new building will give us room for innovation, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere – in manufacturing as well as in consultation and the showroom.
Everything under one roof
The new building combines a modern, efficient production hall with a light-filled office wing that is not only functional but also provides a pleasant, inspiring working environment. In addition, a spacious showroom spanning two floors will showcase the full variety of our sauna and wellness offerings – from classic outdoor saunas to exclusive indoor wellness solutions.
Planning is key
Planning for this construction project began a long time ago. Time and again, we came up with new ideas, revisited old designs, revised them, discarded them, and combined them – until we were truly satisfied with the overall concept. Our goal was clear from the start: a site that reflects our values as a craft business and offers real benefits to our customers and our team alike.

With our new headquarters, we are consciously investing in the future – and in our region in the beautiful southern Black Forest. Completion is planned for late 2025 or early 2026. Until then, we’ll regularly share updates on this page about the progress of construction, with photos, first-hand information, and little stories about the project.
