Where can I install a sauna?
Sauna anywhere
When choosing the right sauna, the first question is the installation location. Would you like to place your sauna indoors or outdoors? The size of the available space plays only a minor role, as our custom-made solutions allow us to adapt the sauna to your space, not the other way around. Whether you only have a small niche with a sloping ceiling, a spot in the garden, or want to convert your entire basement into a wellness oasis - we will find your individual spa solution.

Which sauna is right for me?
Not all saunas are the same
It is generally known that regular sauna sessions have a relaxing effect on the body and soul. However, not everyone enjoys the dry heat of the Finnish sauna. For some, the bio sauna, with its higher humidity and lower room temperature, is a more pleasant way to relax. The aromatic herbal sauna option is also, like so many things, simply a matter of taste.
How wonderful that we can build the right sauna for every taste!
And if you really cannot decide which type of sauna bathing is your favorite, we recommend a combination heater that can simply do both. It is best to get advice directly from our specialists.

Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is hot and dry - ideal for soothing infusions that promise an extra burst of heat. The different fragrances in the infusion water make sauna bathing a special sauna experience.

Bio sauna and herbal sauna
Some people like it hot - but not everyone! For many, the Finnish sauna is too strenuous for the heart and circulation. Nevertheless, you do not have to miss out on the benefits of the sauna's positive effects.

STAY FIT WITH THE SAUNA
What effects does the sauna have?
When using a sauna, the heat raises the pulse and heart rate, causing more blood to be pumped through the blood vessels. As a result, the vessels dilate and then contract again as the body cools down. This vascular training strengthens our cardiovascular system. Steam and heat promote blood circulation in our skin and open the pores, which are cleansed as a result. The alternation between warmth and cold promotes relaxation of our muscles.
