1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services, including future ones, unless they are amended or excluded with the express written consent of MANZ DÖBELE GmbH. The buyer's purchasing conditions are expressly rejected. They shall not be recognized even if MANZ DÖBELE GmbH does not expressly reject them again after receiving them. The GTC valid at the time of ordering shall apply.
1.2 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted. Agreements, in particular oral side agreements and assurances made by our sales staff, shall only become binding upon written confirmation by MANZ DÖBELE GmbH.
1.3 By clicking the 'Submit order' button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when MANZ DÖBELE GmbH accepts your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
1.4 It may happen that goods ordered by customers are slightly modified by the manufacturer without MANZ DÖBELE GmbH becoming aware of this. In this case, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH is entitled to deviate from the confirmed order to this extent, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
1.5 If the ordered goods are unavailable, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH shall have the right to withdraw from its obligation to perform if MANZ DÖBELE GmbH
a) promptly inform the customer that the goods are unavailable and
b) promptly refund the customer's payment, insofar as it has already been made.
2. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform MANZ DÖBELE GmbH, Im Schaffeld 25, D-79736 Rickenbach, telephone +49 7765 289960, email: info@manz-doebele.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.

3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
3.2 In addition to the prices stated, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH charges the shipping costs listed below for delivery. The shipping costs will be communicated to you in the order confirmation.
Valid for Germany:
For an order value of up to EUR 79.00, standard shipping costs a flat rate of EUR 6.90.
For express shipping, we charge a flat rate of EUR 18.80.
For an order value of EUR 79.00 or more, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH provides free standard shipping within mainland Germany, excluding German islands and bulky product groups.
Examples of bulky product groups include:
- Plunge tubs
- Sauna cabins
- Infrared cabins
- Oversized items (> 115 cm)
- Sauna stoves
For shipping to German islands and for bulky product groups, the transport surcharges will first be calculated and communicated separately in an order confirmation.
The amount of freight costs for heavy products or bulky goods depends on the product and is displayed during the ordering process.
For shop items over 20 kg (sauna stones, etc.), shipping costs amount to €25.
Valid (with parcel service) for Switzerland and other European countries (mainland):
- Up to 20 kg: EUR 17.00, excluding bulky product groups.
For bulky product groups and freight shipments to Switzerland and other European countries (mainland):
- The additional shipping costs will be calculated and communicated separately in an order confirmation.
Important information on international shipping:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These are not included in the total price.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or invoice.
5. Delivery, transfer of risk
5.1 Delivery shall be made, at the discretion of MANZ DÖBELE GmbH, via commissioned forwarding companies or, for smaller volumes and quantities, via parcel services.
5.2 The delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. MANZ DÖBELE GmbH will indicate any deviating delivery times in the order confirmation. This information is non-binding; the customer shall have no claims arising from exceeding these delivery periods as long as the actual delivery time is not unreasonably long.
5.3 The forwarding company commissioned by MANZ DÖBELE GmbH will notify the customer of the delivery by telephone one working day in advance. The customer must therefore ensure that the contact details provided are correct and that they or an authorized representative can be reached at these details at all times. Breaches of this obligation exclude claims against MANZ DÖBELE GmbH due to delivery delays.
5.4 If the customer is not a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the risk shall pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the forwarding agent, carrier, or other person commissioned with shipping, even in the case of carriage-paid delivery.
6. Warranty, official approvals
6.0 The statutory provisions apply to the warranty, subject to the following conditions:
If the customer is entitled to return the purchased goods for warranty reasons, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH will provide return labels free of charge to the customer upon prior request. To the extent legally permissible, the customer shall bear all additional costs arising from failure to use these return labels. In this case, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH may refuse to accept the return.
6.2 The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that any permits applicable in the customer's district for operating the goods sold by MANZ DÖBELE GmbH, particularly sauna heaters, are in place. MANZ DÖBELE GmbH shall not be liable if and insofar as the item purchased by the customer cannot be operated because it is not eligible for approval.
7. Retention of title / set-off
7.1 All delivered goods shall remain the property of MANZ DÖBELE GmbH until all claims, regardless of their legal grounds, including future or contingent claims, including those arising from contracts concluded simultaneously or subsequently, have been satisfied.
7.2 The customer shall only be entitled to set off claims if the customer's counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed, or have been acknowledged in writing by MANZ DÖBELE GmbH. The customer may only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
8. Limitation period
All of the buyer's contractual claims, regardless of the legal grounds, shall become statute-barred after 12 months or, insofar as the purchase is a consumer goods purchase and the subject matter of the contract is not used goods, after two years.
9. Liability
9.1 MANZ DÖBELE GmbH shall be liable for damage not caused to the delivered item itself, regardless of the legal grounds, only
a) in the event of intent,
b) in the event of gross negligence by corporate bodies or managerial employees,
c) in the event of culpable injury to life, body, or health,
d) in the case of defects that MANZ DÖBELE GmbH fraudulently concealed or whose absence MANZ DÖBELE GmbH guaranteed.
9.2 In the event of culpable breach of material contractual obligations, MANZ DÖBELE GmbH shall also be liable in cases of gross negligence by non-managerial employees and in cases of ordinary negligence, in the latter case limited to the contractually typical, reasonably foreseeable damage.
9.3 Further claims are excluded.
Place of performance, place of jurisdiction, applicable law
10.1 The place of performance for all our deliveries and for payment of the purchase price is 79730 Murg.
10.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is 79713 Bad Säckingen, provided that the contractual partner is not a consumer. MANZ DÖBELE GmbH may also sue the customer at the customer's general place of jurisdiction.
10.3 This contract and the legal relationships arising from it shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11. Severability clause
Should any of the foregoing provisions be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come closest to the economic purpose of the contract.

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. You can view the General Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. The order data will be sent to you by email. After the order has been completed, the contract text will no longer be accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
Data protection
We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order. We disclose your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods (name, address, and, if applicable, telephone number for coordinating delivery dates). To process payments, we may disclose your payment data to our bank. We do not disclose your data to other third parties or use it for advertising purposes. Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked from further use and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods required by tax and commercial law.
