Renew your sauna - because satisfied sauna guests are always happy to come back!
Renovation instead of new construction!
You have a wellness area that has become outdated and has lost much of its appeal. The years of wear and tear and frequent use are evident on the sauna benches, electrical components, control systems, and heaters. The design is no longer contemporary and looks outdated.
Today, however, guests expect a modern and appealing spa area in public facilities, whether in the hotel and fitness industries or in public swimming pools, perhaps enhanced by a theme-oriented design for the individual saunas. Sauna bathing becomes a special sauna experience. This makes it all the more important to create an incentive for guests by renovating and modernizing the entire wellness area! Do you have questions or would you like more information about renovation? Please feel free to contact us.
Energy efficiency and cost savings - good reasons for a renovation
You may be at a turning point, wondering as the owner of a hotel, fitness center, or public swimming pool how to modernize your sauna area and offer your guests state-of-the-art wellness - with the lowest possible financial outlay and minimal disruption to sauna operations.
Read our blog article to learn how you can reduce electricity consumption when using the sauna and save costs in the long term.
Time savings
The fact is that with a new build, you must expect major disruptions to sauna operations, as this would result in the temporary closure of your entire wellness area. Renovating the sauna facilities, on the other hand, would allow regular sauna operations to continue largely as usual, with individual areas closed off and renovated step by step.
Cost savings
Since a restoration only requires the existing materials to be partially replaced, you save costs. A new build requires additional financial and time investment, as the wellness project must be completely replanned, built, and installed.
Energy efficiency
From an economic perspective, renovation is almost a necessity for anyone operating an outdated sauna facility. This also improves energy efficiency in terms of electricity consumption and profitability. If the sauna technology is state of the art, this has a positive effect on operating costs and saves energy costs for years to come.
The latest sauna technology and fresh design
Outdated saunas not only have the problem of higher electricity consumption; aesthetic and user-friendly aspects also matter. An upgraded sauna facility enhances your guests’ wellness experience, because today’s sauna technology can take the sauna experience to the next level with lighting and acoustic highlights, turning it into a real event. With fresh and modern design accents or theme-oriented design, you will delight your sauna guests and ensure optimal customer loyalty.
Sustainability in sauna construction
A plus point for nature and our planet
Focus on the bigger picture and secure the future of generations to come! Conversely, this means minimizing the consumption of raw materials and reusing them. The renovation of a sauna facility is therefore a sustainable solution and conserves resources, as the foundation is already in place and no new materials need to be installed.
