To ensure that your relaxation area continues to provide relaxation for a lifetime, we recommend regular care and maintenance. This includes the mandatory ventilation after every sauna session, a more thorough spring cleaning, after the sauna has been used more heavily during the colder months, and professional maintenance by our specialists. With our individual maintenance packages, you can determine the scope and maintenance interval yourself. Depending on your needs, you can add various extra services, such as replacing the heating rods. This is how easy maintenance is at MANZ DÖBELE GMBH - and all of this without a contract term. Basic package "SAUNA"
- Inspection of the electrical system and lighting
- Inspection and cleaning of the sauna heater up to
48 kW and evaporator (both freestanding) - Inspection of the infusion system

Flexible to suit your needs
Book additional services flexibly
In addition to our basic packages Sauna Maintenance and Steam Room Maintenance, our maintenance service can carry out further servicing and maintenance work upon request. This means that necessary work can be completed directly during the maintenance appointment and your sauna or steam room can be professionally maintained.
Our maintenance service is aimed at both private sauna owners and commercial wellness areas with higher usage, for example in hotels, fitness studios, spa and wellness facilities, or public institutions.

Choose the maintenance interval flexibly
How often a sauna or steam bath should be serviced depends primarily on how heavily it is used. A privately used sauna has different maintenance requirements than a heavily frequented wellness area in a hotel, gym, or spa. Particularly for intensively used commercial sauna and wellness facilities, shorter maintenance intervals may be advisable, while less frequent use often allows for a longer maintenance cycle.
That is why you can choose the maintenance interval that suits your facility and usage:
quarterly, biannually, annually, or as a one-time service.
Regular sauna and steam bath maintenance helps identify wear and necessary maintenance work at an early stage. At the same time, professional cleaning, care, and maintenance help preserve the functionality and well-maintained condition of your wellness facility over the long term.
